CEB, now Gartner

As an in-house Senior Graphic Designer at CEB, I worked cross-functionally to design reports, journals, toolkits, training collateral, presentations, web graphics, and more. After CEB was acquired by Gartner, our creative department shepherded a new brand identity across new and existing materials.

Program Toolkit

I designed a comprehensive program toolkit to train a sponsor on how to distribute an online program on Enterprise Leadership Activation to multiple participants. Worked closely with learning designers to develop over 40 resources for both the sponsor and participants. The toolkit itself houses all the resources in a master guide that follows chronological order. We intentionally used color and icons to emphasize three phases. There are also areas designed for checking off to-do items and taking notes.

For sponsors, the resources closely correlated to the program toolkit with color and iconography to immediately signal what section of the toolkit each resource came from.

For participants, the resources used more design to clearly demonstrate learning points. Since the audience of the program is leaders, there was extra effort dedicated to their tools and resources to make sure they built proper credibility for learner adoption.

Journals

I designed reports, journals, and studies for functional-specific topics.

Game Guide

I designed a book of games that managers can use to reinforce key learnings from previous training. The guide includes 12 designed games which a manager can choose from. An interactive table of contents helps filter the game choices by learning objective, timing, or number of players. To keep the design consistent with the playful content, we mimicked a gameboard on the cover. We carried this element through with a roadmap on the interior pages that looked like tiles. Bright colors and photography helped add visual interest.
