Effortless Experience Branding

Effortless Experience is a sub-brand within the Challenger brand that focuses on service team transformation. While the quality of products and services are similar, Effortless Experience markets itself to an entirely different audience and client base. After the Challenger rebrand, we decided to reevaluate the sub-brand strategy for the Effortless Experience team.

 
 

The previous logo style nestled the trademarked name after the Challenger mark. Since the target audience would be searching for service team training instead of sales training, we shifted the hierarchy of the logo to put the Effortless Experience name first and largest. The logo is designed to live in the same family as the Challenger logo but can also stand alone. The “A Challenger Enterprise” tag attaches the credibility and market share of the Challenger brand. This style highlights Effortless Experience’s unique content, messaging, and team, while still nodding to the Challenger parent company.

 
 
 

The Effortless Experience logo highlights the dot above the “i” to represent the ease of an effortless customer service interaction. This circular design motif is carried throughout all of Effortless Experience’s collateral.
